Yoni Schiff, Founder, CEO

Yoni Schiff is one of Israel's leading experts in telecom, cellular networks, radio frequency systems, and EMC/EMI systems. He has over 20 years of experience in these fields gained as an officer in various communications divisions of Israel?s Defense Forces. Since 1984, Schiff has been a consultant to the Israeli Government and the Israel Standards Institute on radio communications and electromagnetic compatibility. He founded, and served as president of Galsafe Ltd., an Israeli engineering company that provides consulting and services to cellular and RF-related companies and co-founder of Celerica, Inc.
Yoni Schiff obtained his BA degree in international business administration from Humberside University, UK, and an advanced degree in engineering electronics from Tel Aviv University.

Yirmi Hauptman, CTO

Yirmi Hauptman served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he was involved in the fields of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio frequency systems, wireless communication channels analysis, and antenna measurement & design. In the course of his service, he designed and built various electronic devices including RF sensors, electro optical devices, power supplies, active antenna drivers, field detectors and high voltage devices. He also possesses five years of experience in research and development in the field of statistical noise immunity algorithms in speech recognition. Yirmi received the IDF communications award for creative technical ideas for building a unique lightning simulation device.
Yirmi holds an MSc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University in the field of signal processing.

Dror Yagil , CFO

Dror spent three years working as head of finance at Satec, an Israeli high tech group specializing in energy-management and advanced materials. In this position, Dror was responsible for business and economic aspects as well as development of new ventures for the group Dror was a senior member of the Strategic Planning Department of Bezeq - The Israeli National Telecom Company. At Bezeq, Dror worked on financial and business development projects, technical and financial analysis to ensure Bezeq's future competitiveness and the implementation of the strategic plan of the company. In his last position, Dror was the CFO of Celerica – a VC backed high tech firm specializing in wireless solutions to the cellular industry.
Dror holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
